When seeing the Sound Eggs Speakers, I had an unexpected flashback that focused on the tilting dolls that I used to play many, but so very many, years ago. I was just a little girl when I was desperately trying to knock down the stubborn doll. She spared no effort in order to be victoriously in a battle that wasn’t equal, in the first place.
The Sound Eggs are wireless speakers designed by Ilshat Garipov for a wide variety of multimedia devices and they seem to follow the same pattern as the tilting dolls. Therefore, the main source of inspiration for these gadgets consists of the simple white eggs and, of course, the tilting dolls. This is a pair of speakers that one can use not only with a computer, but also with devices that are equipped with a wireless interface.
There’s a cargo installed in the bottom part of these two “eggs”, which helps them stay in the inclined position that you can see in the pictures, or in the vertical one, if you like it better.
